Tree of Life’s Rummage Sale has been rated as one of the best in McHenry County for quality and variety of merchandise, organization, and price.

Official Rummage Sale Queen Judy Stettner.

“What sets our sale apart is the quality of the offerings and the well organized and accessible display of merchandise,” according to Judy Stettner, the congregation’s official Rummage Sale Queen.  “Our clothing is like new or gently used, clean, and clearly sized.  Electronics and household gadgets work.  Everything is clean and we have an unusually good selection of furniture, larger items, home décor, art, and even jewelry.  Unitarians Universalists are notorious readers and music lovers so our books musical selections are first rate.”

Top quality furnishings and home decor items are a feature of the Tree of Life sale.

Proceeds support the ministry of the congregation and 10% goes directly to Compassion4Campers which provides lunch, companionship and needed supplies to our homeless neighbors every Monday throughout the spring, summer and fall in McHenry County.
